La billetera, etiquetada como una dirección controlada por el gobierno de EE. UU. que contiene los fondos incautados de Bitfinex, mostró actividad por primera vez en más de ocho meses.
Mirando las transacciones a través de Arkham Intelligence plataformala billetera vinculada al gobierno de EE. UU. primero se retiró 5,45 millones de dólares en USDC de Aave. Poco después, otro transacción sacó 1,12 millones de dólares en USDT de la plataforma.
En cuestión de minutos, aproximadamente 20 millones de dólares en activos totales se trasladaron a una nueva dirección, lo que generó más especulaciones.
La billetera, identificada por Arkham como que contiene fondos vinculados al hackeo de Bitfinex, ha estado bajo control gubernamental y monitoreada de cerca. El repentino y significativo movimiento de activos, especialmente después de meses de inactividad, pone de relieve una posible reorganización de estos fondos incautados.
